How do I access my purchase?

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing trouble accessing your purchase. All of our products are located inside our members area. So just access the link below to create a username and password and set up your account. PLEASE use the same email address you used when you purchased our products. 

I set up my membership account but I am still unable to log in...

If you are already a member and you are unable to access the membership area, you can simply reset your password here: Already a member? Login Now!   

I did not receive an email after I purchased. How do I get access?

Please check your SPAM folder. Try searching within ALL of your email folders for 'Dr. Collins'. If you are still not able to locate it, click below to see a preview of the confirmation email. 

How do I download my session?

All of our sessions are located inside our Google Drive Members area. So once you access the NDR Membership area, you will see your purchased session(s). Once you select your session, the 'DOWNLOAD' button will appear (** Mobile Users **
will need to scroll to the bottom to see download button). This will take you to YOUR Google Drive where you can download or just listen. Once the session has been sent to your Google Drive, you can also assess it in the future by navigating to 'Shared with me'.

I am logged into the members area and when I select my session, nothing happens...

If you are using a desktop or laptop computer. the 'DOWNLOAD' button will appear on the right side. If you are using a mobile or tablet device, you will need to scroll to the bottom to see download button. This will take you to YOUR Google Drive where you can download or just listen. Once the session has been sent to your Google Drive, you can also assess it in the future by navigating to 'Shared with me'.
